Cranberry, N.J.-based Matrix Development Group has achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for a 12,000-sq.-ft. medical office building it built located in Bucks Co., Pa. The property, developed for and now owned by Lower Bucks Pediatrics, is located within Matrix Development’s Octagon Center, a mixed-use master-planned community.
