The seven-story, 152,619 sq. ft. Eco Centre at Lake Pointe, owned by Prisma Properties, is the first multi-tenant building in Texas to achieve LEED pre-certification at the Platinum level. The building will use solar panels and wind energy.
Recycled construction materials will be used throughout the building, and ventilation systems and window glazing improve the quality of indoor air. Landscaping will use reclaimed water from a lake bordering the property for irrigation.
Midway Companies is developing the project for Prisma Properties.
