On Dec. 12, Nashville-based Sagittarius Brands adopted geoVue location optimization software to help pinpoint future restaurant sites. Sagittarius owns Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen and Del Taco, the nation’s second largest Mexican fast-food chain. Woburn, Mass.-based geoVue provides state-of-the-art modeling and site selection solutions to retailers, restaurants and other real estate-based businesses. “geoVue gives us the kind of sophisticated market planning capabilities that we need to plan real estate penetration in both new and maturing markets,” says Ron Petty, president of development at Sagittarius.
