Global Real Estate Firm Adopts Listings Technology
This week, Colliers International announced that LoopNet’s property search and display technology will power the available property listings on the Colliers website. The Colliers International website currently features nearly 10,000 for-sale and for-lease listings in the U.S. and Canada.
The new relationship with Colliers International will expand the company’s global reach, says Thomas Byrne, chief marketing officer at LoopNet.
“It complements the longstanding partnerships that we have with many Colliers affiliates and expands LoopNet’s footprint of opportunity to provide additional services to other Colliers International offices and affiliates worldwide.”
LoopNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOOP) operates the largest online commercial real estate marketplace in the nation. The LoopNet technology will enable Colliers professionals worldwide to have a central and consistent source for finding, researching and viewing Colliers International property listings.
Clients, investors, tenants and other visitors to the Colliers.com website can easily search and view the organization’s available properties, improving the member firms’ property marketing effectiveness.
