Inovonics, a provider of commercial grade wireless security products, has launched TapWatch 3 software and the RDL8500 remote data logger for multifamily submetering. The two programs offer updated systems to help companies perform site setup and obtain meter readings directly from multifamily properties, generating information for billing purposes.

TapWatch 3 builds on the activities of its predecessor, TapWatch 2, while improving password management and scheduling as well as site diagnostics, according to the Louisville, Colo.-based company.

“We’re keeping our products relevant,” through upgrades, says Inovonics president Mark Jarman.

Minol USA, an Inovonics customer since 2000, uses TapWatch 3 and the RDL8500 in multifamily and military housing. “The TapWatch 3 software is extremely user-friendly, and has features such as the scheduler that enable us to gather the information from different portfolios on different days,” said Chris Stimac, field operations manager for Minol USA, based in Addison, Texas.
