Multifamily Website MyNewPlace Enhances Listing Tools

MyNewPlace, a multifamily Internet listing web site, has improved its integrated posting tool and syndication service called RentEngine. The improvements include its new Listing Builder and tracking dashboard with in-depth trending reports, which enable greater optimization of a property’s listing strategy.

The enhancements deliver detailed information about each post, its title, when it was posted, what template was used and the response garnered to establish online marketing best practices at each community.

Listing Builder offers customizable design combinations with embedded, editable content forms to enhance listing flexibility and optimize response rates for each posting. On-site staff can select from various themes highlighting specials, pet friendliness, location features, property amenities or holiday promotions.

They can also customize the design to match the community’s existing marketing materials. RentEngine also features a posting title manager and an updated posting assistant to streamline the posting process.

The updated RentEngine dashboard provides a better snapshot of listing performance as users can discern how many leads are being generated from the more than 100 syndicated sites and listing sites such as Craigslist.

RentEngine users can also use comprehensive trended lead reporting to combine lead results for syndication and posting sites, providing detailed information about each lead including the source that generated it. Listings and leads can be viewed across an entire portfolio or the individual property, including daily posting activities of each on-site staff member.

“RentEngine was designed to put leading edge tools in the hands of on-site staff by focusing on ease of use, streamlined workflow and services featuring setup, training and telephone support,” says Steve Pollack, vice president of product management for MyNewPlace.

We understand on-site staff members are very busy and we are dedicated to building powerful products to enhance their productivity.”
