RealPage, a provider of on-demand software and services to the rental housing industry, has created an iPhone application for its OpsTechnology Spend Management Systems, the OpsBuyer mobile app.
"The OpsBuyer iPhone app gives our users the convenience and flexibility to approve orders and invoices as they are submitted and stay on top of purchasing," said Brian May, chief financial officer of A.C. Lewis Management. "It provides another avenue to control spending and at the same time prevents delays in the purchasing cycle."
The mobile app includes a dashboard of open orders, along with orders and invoices that require approval. The app includes item description, quantity, project code, and unit information, among other entries.
"Our mobile apps enable quicker response to approvals and the ability to stay informed of property spending, without having to log into the system or check email," said Sukhi Singh, president of OpsTechnology.
