The property listings include brochure uploads, online confidentiality agreements, virtual deal rooms, online offer submissions, and detailed tracking and reporting of interested parties.

Virtual deal rooms allow approved users to download and print all the underwriting and due diligence materials relevant to the assets listed. It also allows users to share due diligence materials between attorneys, owners, brokers, equity partners and lenders confidentially.
