Site Decision Systems Helps Companies Chart New Locations
A provider of real estate decision technology, Durham, N.C.-based x-span results, inc., has released Site Decision Systems TM version 2.0. The enhanced platform is designed to help businesses quickly reach conclusions on planning and developing store locations.
The program is scenario-based. Unlike services that provide information about a single data point for one location, x-span’s technology supports multiple data dimensions that allow businesses to assess the risk, benefit and value of each location.
“The real estate industry has experienced a dramatic shift and now more than ever each decision is under intense scrutiny,” says Tracy Nagel, president of x-span results, inc. Site Decision Systems provides companies with a precise and cost-effective way to quickly determine the quality and value of a store location, Nagel says.
Through scenarios, real estate planners can customize business information and make changes before making a commitment to a new location. The program also saves time and resources by eliminating the need for multiple reports on each location under consideration.
