Situs launches online COMPASS real estate library

The Houston-based Situs Companies have inaugurated Situs COMPASS, a secure online library offering proprietary commercial real estate property and market information. The online database features interactive digital mapping, and allows subscribing firms to reduce the cost and time it takes to maintain market information. The database catalogs global news and market reports in addition to information on appraisals, sales and comparable properties. It also provides details of site inspections, lease abstracts, and cash flow models. Among others, the database is intended to help commercial real estate underwriters and asset managers.
