Chairman, Board of Trustees, Infrastructure Realty Trust
Randy Whitehead, is an American businessman, infrastructure investor and industrial real estate asset manager/developer. He is a land law examiner/management consultant by trade.
Mr. Whitehead manages the Infrastructure Realty Trust portfolio, a private placement real estate investment trust headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he currently serves as its Chairman of the Board and investment adviser.
Currently, he is primarily serving as the Director of Underlying Rights in the Law Department at Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., a telecommunications infrastructure company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, where he is also a stockholder, and is involved with his colleagues assembling and integrating properties and acquired companies into a global portfolio of underlying real property assets consisting of vast and ever growing communications network and data center facilities. He is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and formerly served on its Homeland Security/911 Communications Committee. The FCBA is based in Washington DC and is involved in the development, interpretation and practice of communications law and policy working closely with the Federal Communications Commission and Congress.
