Kahane: American Realty Capital Remains Aggressive in Buying Assets

William Kahane, president & COO, American Realty Capital, discusses the firm’s investment strategy. In the last 18 months the company has acquired more than $2 billion in assets through a variety of investment programs. Kahane is seeing favorable cost of debt and cap rates hovering between 7.5 percent and 8.0 percent. He’s also bullish on New York, where the firm has been investing for about 15 months.
