The Westin and Aloft San Francisco Airport hotels have collectively sold for $125 million to a verdure led by Ultima Hospitality. Ultima bought the brands from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. As part of the deal, the hotels will be managed under long-term license agreements under the same brand names.
