Did you know MCG Architecture has been a leader in the design industry for 80 years? Focusing on retail in the early sixties, MCG has created unique and dynamic spaces nationwide, with excellence of service being key to our relationships with our developer and tenant clientele.
Creating cutting edge architecture, an MCG environment offers retailers and shoppers a unique shopping experience. The design of award winning projects, such as Metro Pointe in Costa Mesa, Calif. and Lowry Town Center in Denver, was the foundation for today's blending of lifestyle communities with power districts to create a new style of retail design. The Galleria at Roseville, with its outdoor public park, and entertainment village attached to a major mall reshaped how we think about mall shopping; while the ongoing construction at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis, Calif. reinvented an enclosed mall by ripping down interior structure to create an outdoor district and civic center to suit the needs of a changing community.
MCG is a destination design firm. We consider the dynamics of a given region to create a design with a comfort level that is inviting to its community, while maintaining a distinctive quality that expands its regional pull. Who doesn't stop at Stateline to shop the MCG outlet mall on their way to and from Las Vegas? Or visit a Picture People with their kids? From LEED certifying a Giant Eagle to bringing Hawaii's ABC Stores to the Mainland, MCG offers our clients a new energy when considering design options.
Working with our clients to create their dreams is MCG Architecture. Our breadth of experience and creative site solutions allows us to be an integral part of regional change and successful developments.
Mendocino Crossing in Ukiah, Calif. provides this expanding community with a mixed-use district offering commercial uses with a vibrant retail environment previously unknown to this region. Encompassing a 75-acre parcel, this distinctive lifestyle center creates a destination shopping and commercial district, drawing on an extensive Northern California client base. At Scott & Haun in the expanding Temecula Valley, MCG's design for this 60-acre life style/power center site complements the historic downtown districts of Murrieta and Temecula, by creating a memorable style in this competitive retail market.
From tenant programs to malls and centers, an MCG design is valued as a direct response to our clients' dreams and goals. MCG broadens the perspective of how people shop, dine, and commune while considering the importance of successful retail structure and marketability.
Creating memorable destinations for 80 years, our talent and success is indicative of our clients' pursuit of excellence.
