ICSC will host an educational seminar, “Debt Workouts, Institutional Funds and Repositioning of Challenged Assets,” on February 11-12 in New York City.
The seminar, designed for middle to upper-level managers and executives, will discuss what a challenged asset is, how a challenged asset situation can develop and what can be done to increase the asset’s value. The event will include formal presentations, discussions, case studies and a luncheon presentation by The Wall Street Journal, ICSC’s media partner.
The event’s curriculum will include classes such as “Repositioning of a Challenged Asset,” taught by David B. Henry, president and CEO of Kimco Realty Corp.; “Valuation and Assessments: Reality of 2013” and “Investment Funds and Alternative Capital Sources.”
