UrbanLand reports that the world's biggest retailer has opened an 80,000-sq.-ft. store on the ground level of a four-story, 303-unit apartment building at 77 H Street in downtown Washington. The property also contains a below-grade parking garage and 10,000 sq. ft. of additional retail space.
