Today news came out that a retail developer who wishes to remain anonymous is planning to build a $1.3 billion project in Decatur, Ala. WHNT News reports that the local City Council has just authorized Decatur Mayor Don Kyle to continue negotiations with the developer. It looks like the project will be located along route I-65.
