Construction Wraps Up on $4.5M Clinic

SAN DIEGO--Pacific Medical Buildings has completed construction on a 7,600-sq.-ft., $4.5 million clinic in northern San Diego County.

PMB began construction on the Ramona Ambulatory Care Center in the summer of 2012. Open to the community this month, the single-story outpatient medical clinic is near the corner of 13^th and Main Street on approximately an acre of land.

The facility is co-owned by PMB and Palomar Health, and leased by Arch Health Partners, an affiliate physician organization of Palomar Health.

This is PMB’s second project for the Palomar Health system.
