SANTA ROSA, CA—Ware Malcomb has been tapped to design the medical office building project being developed by Hammes Co. The building is part of the new Sutter Medical Center Campus in Santa Rosa, Calif.
The international design firm has more than 21 years of experience in designing space for the healthcare industry. This three-story, 80,000-sq.-ft. medical office will include Type II Business Occupancy throughout the building, OSHPD III design, predominantly punched windows, storefront accents in key entry areas, and an entry canopy for patient drop-off.
