Numbers for industrial (Realpoint: 10.0. percent, Trepp: 10.8 percent), lodging (Realpoint: 13.2 percent, Trepp: 15.5 percent), office (Realpoint: 6.8 percent, Trepp: 7.2 percent) and retail (Realpoint: 7.7 percent, Trepp: 8.2 percent) are more in line with each other.
