CHICAGO – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 22,000 square foot renovation for TransUnion at 555 W. Adams as well as multiple capital improvements to the property.
TransUnion is a global leader in credit information and information management services. The firm selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to renovate its offices on the fifth floor. Improvements will include the removal of perimeter offices and construction of an open office floor plan. Features will consist of angled walls, millwork and glass throughout the space as well as an upgraded kitchen.
J.C. Anderson, Inc. will also incorporate numerous capital improvements throughout the property including new security turnstyles, a training room for tenants’ use as well as a new kitchen space for tenants. The property will also add a new fitness facility with locker rooms for the tenants as well.
Michael Yazbec, president of the firm is the project executive, Joe Maguire is the project manager and Bob Hickey is the project superintendent for J.C. Anderson, Inc. SAS Architects is providing the architectural services for the renovation project and Adriana Calderon of Jones Lang LaSalle is the project manager. Construction is scheduled for completion in fall of 2013.
