Fugro Inc. has acquired 6671 Southwest Freeway, an eight-story, 148,751 sq. ft. office building in Houston. The seller was NHP Houston, MOB LLC. The purchase price was not disclosed. Fugro will occupy a portion of 6671 Southwest Freeway.
Located on a 2.15-acre site in southwest Houston with direct access to Highway 59 and Hillcroft Ave., 6671 Southwest was partially renovated in 2006 and features a four-story, 433-space parking garage.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, Fugro specializes in the collection and interpretation of data related to the earth’s surface and subsurface. The company also provides advisory services for infrastructure development on land, along the coast and on the seabed.
Senior managing director Dan Miller and real estate analyst Brad Elmore of the HFF investment sales team in Houston represented the seller in the transaction. Bob Gulley of Moody Rambin Interests represented the buyer.
