Danny Queenan has been appointed CEO at Trammell Crow Co., an independently operated subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis Group. Queenan joined the firm in 2010 as president of central operations, overseeing offices in Austin, Chicago, Dallas and Houston, as well as the acquisitions team and health care initiative. He was formerly the CEO of Opus North Corp.
Dean Gianna-kopoulos has joined Marcus & Millichap's Chicago downtown office as an associate. He was formerly a senior commercial mortgage analyst at Maverick Commercial Mortgage. Earlier, he was a mortgage analyst with Prairie Realty Advisors Inc. and a loan officer at Wells Fargo Financial.
Peter Newman has joined Handler Real Estate Organization as executive managing director. He was previously a director at Newmark Knight Frank and has arranged more than 2 million sq. ft. of transactions in his 20-year career, with a value exceeding $2 billion.
David Csontos has joined Newmark Knight Frank as a principal in the Rutherford, N.J., office. He will lead the company's tri-state Capital Group, which covers the New York City suburban markets. Previously, he headed Colliers International's capital markets group in New Jersey.
