Continuously Comfy
The Comfy system allows occupants to interact with the heating and cooling system through a cloud-based web interface. Users become the sensors and drive the HVAC system to deliver significantly better comfort and user experience. This system is part of a whole host of new technologies and approaches that The Swig Company is deploying in an effort to provide superior office space to its tenants.
Conference Me In
The Project Frog-designed affordable and energy-efficient lighting system makes even interior, windowless spaces bright, natural and cheery.
Healthy Ride
Many Project Frog employees take advantage of the firm's generous bicycle storage, one of the many components that helped 501 Second Street qualify for LEED platinum certification.
Time to Tinker
The “Tinker Lab,” a fun, creative workshop within the Project Frog office where staff can be found designing, prototyping or fabricating building components using state-of-art software or the company’s new 3D printer.
Working on Water
The blue carpet by Interface Net Effect was created from recycled fishing nets and made to look like the ocean.
Bright Lights, Big Windows
Lutron’s complete daylight autonomy system and Lantana Luminaires, an energy-efficient LED lighting system designed by Project Frog, maximize the space's natural lighting.
DIY Heat and Cooling
Project Frog's Comfy system allows building occupants to personally interact with the HVAC system via a mobile device. Users can click on “warm my space” or “cool my space” after pinpointing their current location within the building.
