Grace Development to Allied Trading and Transacting Corp., N.B. for $33 million. Jan P. Fincham and Patrick A. Dempsey, of Lee & Associates, represented the sellers in the transaction.
Phillips Edison & Co. completed a $208 million secured revolving credit facility. The facility features a three-year term and two one-year extension options and can be increased to $500 million.
The debtors and the bankruptcy court handling the cases of Friedman's Jewelers and The Sharper Image appointed RCS Real Estate Advisors to market the leases belonging to the two chains. Friedman's must close all 367 of its stores. The Sharper Image must dispose of 90 leases.
