BEVERLY HILLS, CA—Colliers International has been selected to manage two high-street luxury retail buildings in Beverly Hills, Calif. The properties, which are owned by Grosvenor Americas, are located in the Rodeo Drive corridor and house Harry Winston and Bebe.

Colliers currently manages three historic San Francisco properties for Grosvenor Americas. These buildings are located in the Union Square district and include tenants such as De Beers, Faconnable and Icebreaker.
