CLAYCO of St. Louis has been selected as general contractor and construction manager for the first phase of the Saint Louis University Health Sciences Center, a $60 million medical research building in midtown St. Louis. The new research building will be 206,000 sq. ft. and includes a 10-story tower.
R. J. BRUNELLI of Old Bridge, N.J., announced that it brokered $40 million in real estate transactions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania during the first half of 2005, completing 16 lease agreements and two property sales.
ONCOR INTERNATIONAL of Chicago announced that Senior Vice President Gregory Wright recently completed four industrial transactions totaling 324,570 sq. ft. in the Chicagoland area. Wright represented Ockerland Industries in the purchase of a 77,930 sq. ft. industrial building for the relocation of its operations from Forest Park.
URBAN PACIFIC BUILDERS of Long Beach, Calif., has announced plans to expand its operations to locations in Colorado, Texas and Oregon over the next several months. The six-year-old firm has developed a variety of housing types in California. The firm specializes in higher density, mixed-use housing developments and “new town centers,” typically including retail and/or office space.
