Indianapolis-based Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. has expanded its St. Louis-area holdings with the acquisition of two buildings in Fenton, Mo., and a speculative development in Earth City, Mo. In the Fenton Industrial Park, Duke-Weeks has acquired buildings A and B, adding a total of 168,566 sq. ft. to the company's metro St. Louis portfolio.
In Earth City, Duke-Weeks will develop a 445,000 sq. ft. spec building on 24.7 acres in the Earth City Business Park. The company has 12 acres for mid-sized distribution space and 26 acres for flex space in Earth City, which is near St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Duke-Weeks' St. Louis portfolio totals 6.3 million sq. ft.
