San Juan Capitstrano, Calif.-based Village Care Assisted Living has acquired two adjacent seniors housing properties in Pasadena, Calif., for $9.5 million. The seller was Glendale, Calif.-based La Villa Venture. Pasadena-based Ramsey-Schilling represented the buyer, and Los Angeles-based Charles Dunn Co. represented La Villa Venture.
Combined, the two facilities, Villa Michele and Casa La Villa, feature 163 units and 82,600 sq. ft. Casa La Villa features amenities such as a Vegas-style bingo parlor and game rooms.
