Dallas-based Koll Corporate Development has more than 500,000 sq. ft. of Class-A office space planned for suburban Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. In joint venture with a subsidiary of Las Vegas-based Harrah's Entertainment, Koll will develop a 150,000 sq. ft. corporate build-to-suit.
The Koll/Harrah's build-to-suit is located off Interstate 75 near the Greater Cincinnati International Airport. The joint venture partners will begin construction in the fourth quarter and develop the property for single- or multi-tenant use.
Near Dayton, Koll is building Koll Gebhart Corporate Center in Miamisburg, Ohio. The 40-acre, mixed-use development will include three office buildings totaling 360,000 sq. ft., as well as hotel and retail components. Each office building will be a single-tenant, build-to-suit facility. The development also is located in the I-75 "Auto Alley" corridor, and is aimed at companies that want to develop or relocate their regional offices. The development is a joint venture with Dayton's Gebhart family.
