STEPHEN DOYLE joined the McShane Corp. as vice president to enhance the firm's national health care real estate focus. Doyle will expand the firm's real estate development activity by emphasizing opportunities that include ambulatory surgery centers, hospital-affiliated medical office buildings, and multi-tenant physician offices. Doyle is a 16-year veteran of the real estate development and construction industries and most recently served as the director of development for Chicago-based Lillibridge Healthcare Real Estate Trust, a health care REIT.
DAVID COPPA has been promoted to vice oresident of development for Konover South, a shopping center acquisition and development company. Coppa will be responsible for locating new properties for development and discovering acquisition targets for redevelopment. His focus will be on grocery-anchored strip centers.
RAY FORLITI joined Old Republic Title as senior vice president of national residential sales and marketing. Forliti brings nearly 30 years of experience in national mortgage settlement services. Forliti is also president of the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association.
STEVEN RINDNER was promoted to executive vice president, marketing and corporate development for Kastle Systems, an international provider of security solutions for building owners and tenants. Prior to joining Kastle Systems, Rindner served as senior vice president of strategic alliances at Citigroup in New York.
MICHAEL LYNCH was named vice president of CB Richard Ellis-Detroit's global corporate services team. Lynch has been with the company for eight years and specializes in multi-market tenant representation.
