Gregory F. Hanson has been appointed CFO of Toronto-based TrizecHahn Corp. He joins the company from Stamford, Conn.-based GE Capital Real Estate, where he has served as CFO since 1997.
Richard J. O'Brien has been named CFO and executive vice president of Irving, Texas-based FelCor Lodging Trust Inc. He joins FelCor from GE Capital Real Estate, where he most recently served as a managing director.
Joe Tronco and Steve Hornyak have been added to the board of directors of Charlotte, N.C.-based AvidXchange, a provider of Internet-based competitive bid management and purchasing tools for commercial and multifamily real estate companies. Tronco recently retired from First Union, where he served as senior vice president and head of its corporate real estate division. He also was president of First Union Development Corp. Hornyak is the executive vice president, chief strategy officer and general manager of the Americas for Clarus Corp., an Atlanta-based business-to-business e-commerce software solutions provider.
Sharon Dworkin Bell has been named senior staff vice president of the Washington, D.C.-based National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) multifamily division. In her new role, she is responsible for the association's multifamily policy and advocacy programs, as well as the continued expansion of educational, research and business services beneficial to multifamily builders, developers, managers and lenders.
Elizabeth Trocchio has been promoted from branch manager of the Houston office of New York-based Cushman & Wakefield to branch manager and senior managing director of the firm's Dallas office. She will be responsible for multi-service operations and also will serve as an area lender for C & W's Texas business activity.
Mike Koppel has been appointed to the position of CFO of Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. He came to Nordstrom in 1999 as vice president and corporate controller, and has been the acting CFO since September 2000.
Mark Goldstein has stepped down as CEO of BlueLight.com, the e-commerce division of Troy, Mich.-based Kmart Corp.
Ruth Davis has been named managing director and new head of the Dallas office of Landauer Realty Group Inc., a Grubb & Ellis company that provides appraisal and consultation services for commercial real estate. She joins Landauer from Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas where she served as associate director.
