DAVID PASSAGLIA has been named executive vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle's Tenant Representation Group. Passaglia will be based in Chicago and will lead the industrial practice of the firm. Prior to joining the company, Passaglia served as president of corporate services for Colliers International. In addition to his corporate services responsibilities, he also oversaw Colliers International Realty Advisors.
DORINE HOLSEY STREETER was promoted to executive vice president of real estate investment management at the Estate of James Campbell. In a related move, she was also named president of Fort Street Investment Corp. and president of Campbell Hawaii Investor LLC, both affiliates of the Estate of James Campbell. Streeter oversees all of the estate's commercial real estate assets located in 17 states throughout the U.S valued at approximately $1.5 billion.
BRUCE KELLOGG a managing director in Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation Services in Atlanta, has been named the 2005 president of the Appraisal Institute. Kellogg serves the firm nationally as director of quality control for valuation services and is a member of the firm's corporate diversity council.
WALLACE SMITH joined Younan Properties Inc. (YPI) as senior vice president of technical operations and new development and will be responsible for bringing continuity to the building operational management component of YPI's commercial portfolio.
BARRY LEWEN has been named vice president and director of leasing for New York-based Monday Properties and will be responsible for leasing throughout the company's 4 million sq. ft. portfolio.
