Spaulding & Slye Colliers Ralph Cox has been named senior vice president of development services for Boston-based Spaulding & Slye Colliers. His responsibilities include overseeing new business and real estate development. He also will focus on master planning and mixed-use urban projects. The 15-year commercial real estate veteran joins CoStar from Newburyport, Mass.-based International Performance Group, where he was managing director.
