Jerry Porter has been named chairman of the board at Manhattan-based tenant advisory firm CRESA Partners. Porter was formerly a vice chairman at the firm since 1998. He is a 27-year veteran of the real estate business. Porter is currently chairman of the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Association and past chairman of the Los Angeles Business Council.
David Pettengill has joined Kinsman Ventures as vice president of restaurant and entertainment ventures. Pettengill will oversee the acquisition and development of restaurant sites and generate client build-to-suit programs. He was formerly a director of real estate for Boston Pizza Restaurants.
Robert Kilroy has joined real estate development firm LCOR as a senior vice president. Kilroy will oversee LCOR's property acquisitions program and evaluate new product opportunities for the firm. He was previously a senior investment officer at Fidelity Investments' real estate group in Boston.
Edward Midgley has been promoted to first vice president at real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis in New York. Midgley, a 10-year veteran, has gained an expertise working with REITs and tax deferred exit strategies. He will continue to work on similar deals in his new position.
