Olivier Poirot has been promoted to CEO of Motel 6/Studio 6 and Accor North America. He has been responsible for finance-related functions including accounting, treasury, real estate and development, business planning, tax and internal auditing. Previously, Poirot served as chief financial officer for Accor North America, which is expected to undergo changes.
Tom McGovern has joined CPS CORFAC International, a commercial real estate firm, as a senior vice president and principal. He will provide corporate real estate advisory services and expand corporate representation. A 22-year veteran in commercial real estate, he was previously with Cresa Partners in San Jose.
Brendan Coleman has joined Green Park Financial as vice president. He will work with the firm's chief production officer to grow and strengthen the company's national correspondent network. Earlier, Coleman managed residential loan acquisitions as sales director of GMAC-RFC.
Kurt Hartman has been promoted to senior vice president of the Southeast regional office of Hines, an international real estate firm. He is responsible for securing and managing the development, acquisition, asset management and disposition of projects in the Southeast and Midwest.
