GERALD “JERRY” WORLEY has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as senior property manager in St. Louis. Worley will manage all types of commercial real estate including office, retail and investment properties. Worley has 33 years of experience in commercial real estate, primarily in St. Louis.
JUNE DASH has been hired as an associate in the real estate department of Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a real estate law firm. Dash will be based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Before joining the firm, Dash served as a legal associate in Washington, D.C.
MICHAEL J. BURTON will be director of URS Corp.'s Gulf Coast Reconstruction Team, based in San Francisco. Burton will coordinate the company's post-disaster efforts. Burton was a former New York City official responsible for managing construction and engineering operations for the World Trade Center following 9/11.
CONRAD H. PHILIPP has been promoted to vice president at Murphy Co. in St. Louis. Philipp will be responsible for leading a service division of the commercial mechanical contractor and for generating additional business. Philipp joined Murphy Co. in 1993 and has led the service division since 1999.
KENNETH J. VEGORS, DAVID H. LATVAAHO AND WALLACE J. WOLFF have been promoted to senior vice presidents at Sheldon Good & Co. International LLC, a firm that markets properties through real estate auctions, brokerage, consulting and lending companies. Vegors will operate from the company's Scottsdale, Ariz., office, Latvaaho will work from the Chicago and Phoenix offices, and Wolff will be based in the the company's Chicago headquarters.
