A partnership of the Stiles Corp. and Ellis Diversified, both of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has opened Sunrise Harbor, a 352-unit luxury apartment complex on the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale. The companies jointly developed and own the community, which consists of two 17-story buildings and 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Project costs exceeded $50 million.
The complex offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and rents range from $1,245 per month to more than $3,000 per month. Amenities include a controlled-access garage, 24-hour valet parking, concierge service, climate-controlled wine room and two heated pools. By year's end, Sunrise Harbor will also feature a private 22-slip marina on the Intracoastal Waterway that will accommodate yachts up to 160 feet in length.
