Shallotte, N.C. - Shallotte Crossing, a 267,000-sq.-ft. center is under development by Charlotte, N.C.-based Aston Properties and Cary, N.C.-based 1st Carolina Properties. The $22 million center will be anchored by a 48,500-sq.-ft. Belk and a 108,000-sq.-ft. Home Depot, and will open in phases between March and November 2001.
