Los Angeles-based Colliers Seeley represented York, Pa.-based Stauffer Biscuit Co. in its build-to-suit lease of a 217,000 sq. ft. distribution center at Gateway Corporate Centre in Santa Ana, Calif. The 15-year lease is valued at $21.5 million. Newport Beach, Calif.-based Property Resources Inc. represented the landlord, Ewing Development Co., also of Newport Beach.
A 150-year-old commercial bakery, Stauffer Biscuit Co.'s distribution center is integral to the company's West Coast expansion plans.
