New York-based Shopco Advisory Corp. is developing a 450,000 sq. ft., 22-acre Mall at Bay Plaza shopping center in the Bronx. Macy's, J.C. Penny and Sears are slated to be the anchor stores. Located on Baychester Avenue, construction is set to begin this fall and is slated for completion in December 2001.
The shopping mall is being designed by New York-based Marc Weissman Associates Inc. Locally based R.C. Dolner LLC is the construction manager.
