Toys 'R' Us continued to shuffle its senior management, tapping Ronald Boire as president in July. Boire joined Toys ‘R’ Us from electronics giant Best Buy, where he served as executive vice president and general merchandise manager. Boire replaces John Barbour, who had served as president for two years and was let go in June. Boire will report to chairman and CEO Gerald Storch, who came on board in February to replace John Eyler, shortly after a consortium of buyers, including Bain Capital Group and Vornado Realty Trust, bought the struggling toy retailer.
