BURNSVILLE, MN—A partnership of Ebenezer Management Services and Kraus-Anderson Realty has opened its $12 million expansion of the Arbors at Ridges seniors housing complex
The new three-story property includes 62 assisted living units and six units designed for post-operative and therapy residents. The addition also allows the community to add memory care services, which will complete the care continuum for Ebenezer Ridges residents.
“Highlights of the new community include beautifully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments, patios, gardens, four-season porch and walking paths, which fit into the pedestrian connection from Nicollet Avenue to Portland Avenue,” said Erin Hilligan, campus administrator at Arbors at Ridges, in a statement. The property also includes an innovative day care shared with the Ebenezer residents. The campus also features a movie theater, library, beauty/barber shop, physical therapy area, clubroom, dining rooms, chapel, coffee shop, gift shop and lounges.
