PLYMOUTH, MN—Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq has secured a 25,000-sq.-ft. lease for AllOver Media at West Glen II here on 26th Avenue North.
The company has relocated its 90-person staff to the building, moving from its former Maple Grove, MN headquarters. The new offices will also house the firm’s wide-format print shop.
Sydney Johnson, director at Cushman & Wakefield, said the tenant outgrew its former location after a year of significant growth and new business. “Completing three acquisitions within 10 months, AllOver Media employees had been working out of four locations,” said Johnson. “With this new space, all employees will come together under one roof at their new headquarters, and there’s sufficient room for its printing facilities.”
Johnson represented AllOver Media with Dave Paradise, a senior director. Jon Yanta, executive director and Brent Masica, director, represented the landlord, Moen-Leuer Properties.
