ST. LOUIS—San Diego-based Westcore Properties has hired Cassidy Turley to manage 11.1 million sq. ft. of industrial, office and retail space here and in Indianapolis and California.
Westcore and New York City-based DRA Advisors owns the 126-buidling portfolio from a purchase the venture made last year from the Joe Benvenuti Co. The portfolio includes eight million sq. ft. in Sacramento, 1.9 million sq. ft. here and one million sq. ft. in Indianapolis.
“Given the fact that industrial portfolios of this size do not trade very often, we are excited to be selected by Westcore Properties and DRA Advisors to manage the entire portfolio,” said Paul Klink, a managing director and principal of Cassidy Turley, in a statement. Paul Klink with Cassidy Turley was instrumental in securing the assignment.
