COLUMBUS, OH—Accounting firm Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co. have leased 18,363 square feet at the Easton Way One Building here at 4449 Easton Way.
Equity Office manages the property for Blackstone Group, which owns the 107,000-square-foot building after purchasing many of the Easton buildings a year ago from Duke Realty. Cassidy Turley Senior Vice President and Principal Randy Stephens represented Equity Office in the Clark, Schaefer lease. Wayne Asmus with RJ Boll Realty Lt.d represented the tenant.
In the past three months, Cassidy Turley and Equity Office have signed 90,000 square feet of new leases in Easton alone, including Alliance Data Systems, Stephens said in a statement. The companies are still looking for tenants to backfill the former NetJets space at Easton Way Two, after the company moved 103,000 square feet to a new headquarters at the Columbus International Airport in the second quarter.
