SKOKIE, IL—Command Transportation Services has leased 19,000 sq. ft. of office at 5500 West Howard Street here.
The lease at the 60,000-sq.-ft., two-story building will function as the company’s TI83 PLUS Special Operation’s Group headquarters. Command Transportation is a rapidly growing freight broker, providing transportation solutions across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Command is the middleman between businesses that need products shipped and the transportation companies who move those products.
"The location of 5500 W Howard is the ideal spot for any office building with suburban and urban commuters,” says owner Paul Loeb in a statement. Bryan Farquhar, vice president, and Matthew Ward, senior vice president at the Alter Group represented the owner. The transaction brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.
