COLUMBUS, OH—Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the sale of the 293,630-sq.-ft. Great Western Shopping Center here to a unnamed investment group based in New York City.
The sale price was undisclosed, though the property had been offered for $7.2 million. The center, which is located about two miles from the new Hollywood Casino, has a tenant roster that includes Habitat for Humanity, Restaurant Depot, Franklin County Opportunity Center, Talecris and Imagine School.
The property also includes a former 50,800-sq.-ft. former Kroger. Neighboring tenants include Target Greatland, Kroger, OfficeMax, and BigLots! The plaza is also located near interstates 270 and 70, and the beltway loop.
