ELMHURST, ILL.—J.C. Anderson Inc. has completed a 40,000-sq.-ft. interior build-out for the headquarters relocation and expansion of Loop Capital at 111 W. Jackson in Chicago. Previously located at 200 W. Jackson, Loop Capital is a full-service investment bank, brokerage and investment management firm that provides creative capital solutions for corporate, governmental and institutional entities across the globe.
J. C. Anderson Inc. was selected by the firm to renovate its new office space on the 18th and 19th floors of the 111 W. Jackson property, which included the build-out of a boardroom, conference rooms, a trading floor and executive offices. J.C. Anderson Inc. also completed renovations to the elevator lobbies, public corridor and washroom facilities.
Loop Capital’s new space includes a 24,000-sq.-ft. expansion from its previous space to accommodate growth. The new space spans two floors.
The project managers for J.C. Anderson Inc. were Dave Goss and Dan Burnette was the project manager. Perkins & Will provided the architectural services.
