CHICAGO—J.C. Anderson Inc. has been selected for a 31,000-sq.-ft. build-out for the Government Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command at 8700 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago.
Property manager GlenStar Asset Management selected J.C. Anderson Inc. to complete the project, which includes a new cooling system and medical exam rooms. GSA’s new space will include offices, locker rooms and briefing rooms.
J.C. Anderson Inc.’s Thomas Bean is serving as the project executive, while Joe Maguire is the project manager and Matthew Kantro is the assistant project manager. Darryl Tannhauser is the superintendent for J.C. Anderson Inc. and Rubin Architects is providing the architectural services. The project is scheduled to be completed later this fall.
The U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command is responsible for determining the physical, mental and moral qualifications of every new member of the armed services.
